Description: Large Floral Triple Headed Brooch - - I have seen this same design signed Weiss, but this particular piece is unsigned. Done in light sapphire, dark sapphire, and Montana (navy) blue rhinestones and set in goldtone, this is extremely three dimensional and done by soldering metal circles together in back. This measures about 2 1/2" in diameter; the stones are extremely bright and sparkly. The only flaw I see is a solder repair done apparently a long time ago that seems very solid and in no way shows from the front. Beautiful piece. Item: UP8-394 Price: $69.50 US |

Coro made a lot of the faux moonstone pieces combining with clear rhinestones (and often times enamel, which this doesn't have), and this piece is probably by this company. Description: Old Glory Flag Pin - This piece apparently pre-dates the late 1950's as there are only 48 clear rhinestone "stars" on the blue enameled field. Remaining flag alternates clear rhinestone "white stripes" with red enameled stripes. Set in silvertone pot metal and flag is made with "waves" in it. 1 1/2" x 1 1/8". Description: Duette with Brooch as a connector - I really love these duettes where you can use the connector as a seperate brooch! Fine jewelry has long used the "convertible" idea; no, I'm not talking about a Chevrolet here, but multiple purpose pieces. Wear the brooch alone, wear the clips alone, or put it all together and wear the duette as one unit. Lovely cut out design, all stones are original and entire piece is in excellent shape. 2 3/8" x 1 1/8" full assembled; each clip is 7/8" x 3/4". Brooch alone is 1 1/4" x 1 1/8". All mechanisms work well. Potmetal with clear rhinestones. This could be worn with the clips going vertically rather than horizontally but there are small notches in each side of the brooch for the clips to "snuggle in". Ingenious! Description: Teal, Frosted Aqua and Clear RS Dog Collar Necklace - This is quite a piece, and must have been expensive originally as it has it's original safety chain (something that wouldn't have been used on an inexpensive piece.) Teal RS "flowers" alternate with frosted aqua marquise "leaves" bordered with clear rhinestones. Potmetal setting, 14" x 1/2". Very good condition - a few of the teal stones have changed color slightly with age and could be changed if they bothered you, but this is pretty minor and to be expected with authentic pieces over fifty years old. Description: Large Fuchsia Faux Moonstone Cab Floral Brooch - At 3 3/4", this is definitely a larger piece. Fuchsia cabs top brown enameled stems that are tied with a pave ribbon. Green enameled leaves are edged with more rhinestone pave. Upper and lower halves curve toward the ribbon tie. Two of the small rhinestones are replacements; minimal enamel chipping. Rhodium? plate. Regardless, this is a pretty combination of greens, all stones prong set. Goldtone plating is in very good condition with only slight wear showing on clasp.
