Description: Crystal Bead Brooch - This uses light sapphire and lime green crystal beads, as well as a mottled bead in shades of blue and gold, all held in place with clear rhinestone headpins, handwired into a goldtone setting. About 1 3/4" in diameter but looks larger because of the dimensionality of the beading. Lovely color combination sure to look great with almost any pastel clothing. I have seen signed Hobe pieces almost identical to this.

Item: UP7-364

Price: $37.50 US

Description: Link Necklace in Light Blue Aurora Borealis Rhinestones - Set in silvertone, these were the mainstay of the 1950's and it is easy to see why - they were beautiful, affordable and went with a lot of clothing. Pretty enough to wear out to dinner but funky enough to go with denim. This adjusts up to almost 18" and could be extended farther if needed. Typical of the type of necklace Lisner and Coro made in the 1950's.

Item: UN7-467

Price: $26.50 US

Description: Pinwheel Design Pin Pendant in Aqua and Clear Rhinestone - Rhodium plating in a two layer design. Aqua marquises and rounds intertwine with clear rounds and baguettes; pinwheel spokes terminate in a fleur de lis design. 2" x 1 3/4". Pretty on the aqua clothing that is gaining popularity this spring.

Item: UP7-293

Price: $49.50 US

Description: Faux Glass Multi Color Moonstone Floral Basket Pin - Charming 1940's basket brooch with faux moonstone cabs in green, fuchsia and dark blue, with clear rhinestone and aqua, green and white enamel. The enamel is quite chipped but the clear rhinestones are all there. A nice addition for the basket collector. 2 1/8" x 1 3/4". Probably unsigned Coro.

Item: UP7-529

Price: $37.50 US

Description: Pink and Fuchsia Butterfly Pin and Earring Set - Goldtone wire work setting; stones are all prong set .  Clip earrings, approx. 1" in diameter; brooch is about 2"x2". I have seen this identical set marked Regency several times. $65.00/set

Item: US7-078

Price: $65.00 US

Description: Cornucopia Design Dress Clips - Interesting pair of potmetal dress clips in clear rhinestone with a border of dark blue square rhinestones. I actually have these upside down, the blue stones would be at the top of the clip when fastened on. 1" x 1 1/4". One or two stones appear to be replacements but aren't obvious.

Item: UD7-204

Price: $36.50 US

Description: Pink Rhinestone Front and Back Earrings - Wonderful showgirl style earrings with vertical branch going up the ear and horizontal branch coming out from behind the earlobe and going out.  Stones are all rose pink rounds and marquises (they may look lavender in the photo, but they are definitely pink.)  Silvertone setting, clip mechanisms.  Vertical branches 2 1/4", horizontal branches are 1 1/2". A walk-in customer broke these when she opened them because she didn't understand what they were, so these have a laser solder repair.

Item: UE7-080

Price: $44.50 US

Description: Unsigned Haskell Brooch with Green Beads - This looks to be a slightly less ornate version of a brooch shown in one of the Larry Austin watercolors for Haskell. Small green/white swirled beads are hand-wired in a semi-ball shape in the center, flanked by two deep gold colored baroque glass pearls and centered in brass leaf findings. All wired into a pierced metal screen backing covered by a flat metal piece (see photo). This has all the earmarks of Haskell right down to the ubiquitious minor verdigris on the brass floral pieces. 2 3/4" x 1 1/2".

Item: UP7-365

Price: $69.50 US

•••

Description: Left-Facing Potmetal Bird Brooch - Another popular bird from the past, this one has all clear rhinestones except for a red rhinestone eye (what looks like a thorn sticking out of the head is actually a rhinestone that has picked up a weird reflection.)  All stones are there, a few are replacements and the clasp has been professionally repaired.  3 3/4" x 2 1/4".  Somewhat three dimensional; nice design.

Item: UP7-082

Price: $37.50 US

Description: DeLizza and Elster Black and Clear Rhinestone Earrings - A known D&E design, done with a black square glass stone in the center and three clear rhinestones on either of two sides. Silvertone, all prong set. Very early D&E had a flat tab type clip finding; apparently someone took off part of the finding and converted these to pierced, but the original "tab" is still very much there. Price reflects conversion. Tab is visible in back view picture as well as 3 stone "barbells".

Item: UE7-323

Price: $10.00 US

Description: Blue Faux Moonstone Dress Clip with Clear Rhinestones - Shield shape design with lots of prong set light blue faux moonstones. Design almost looks like there should be something at the center but I can find no sign of anything missing. Clip mechanism works well and is the type used by Eisenberg, but I have no reason to believe that this is an Eisenberg piece. Large 2 3/4" x 1 3/4" size is still very wearable. I have recently found a second, identical one, so I have two for sale.

Item: UD7-205

Price: $42.50 US

Description: Exceptional Black Enamel and Clear Pave Rhinestone Leaf Earrings - Very nice earrings with substantial quality clip mechanisms. 1 1/4" in diameter, heavy rhodium plate. Those are not scratches on the plating on the clip findings, that is an etched number - P 321 DXO. With all the black and white combinations that are popular these make a great pair of fall earrings.

Item: UE7-468

Price: $28.50 US

Description: Glass Pearl Necklace in Cream and Grey Pearls - I fully expected this piece to be marked Trifari, but it is unsigned. Quality glass pearls alternate color and design in a symmetrical pattern of cream "florals" separated by grey "leaves"? with small clear rhinestones accenting each link. Light shiny goldtone chain and cast pieces. Nice weight, adjustable hook closure will accomodate up to a 16 1/2" neck, about 1" wide on cream pearl links. Excellent condition, no scuffing of pearls that I can see, all seems to be original.

Item: UN7-391

Price: $24.50 US

Description: Clear Dress Clip with Curved Top - This circa 1920's potmetal clip is a lovely cut-out design and at about 2" x 1" is a nice size for dress or casual wear. This would also look great on a velvet evening clutch bag or perhaps on your favorite hat. Stones have mellowed but still have a subtle sparkle.

Item: UD7-207

Price: $18.50 US

•••

Description: Retro-Style Bracelet - Light goldtone bracelet has square and round clear rhinestones and a mesh type 3/8" wide chain portion that look very 1940's. Six channel set square rhinestones flank the central "buckle" motif done in clear rounds; area between center and chain is done in clears and squares. Foldover clasp, entire length about 7 1/4". Center is 1" x 1 3/8". Seen on another site with red square stones for over $200.00.

Item: UB7-208

Price: $65.00 US

Description: Ballerina Pin with Coral Ballotini Skirt - Ballerinas were popular in the 1940's and 1950's; many children took ballet lessons and ballerina pins were produced by companies of all levels from inexpensive to the highest quality (Boucher produced many beautiful ones.) This is unsigned but as you can see from the pictures these were detailed, even in places where the details would not be seen by the casual observer. Most pieces were rhinestone set; this is somewhat unusual with small coral colored plastic balls making up the skirt. The goldtone plating is worn under one ball and one or two balls I think are replacements (though the color difference you see in the photo are caused by the camera and are not visible in person). Otherwise in good shape. 1 1/2" x 1 3/8" x 3/4" deep.

Item: UP7-504

Price: $22.50 US

•••

Description: Unsigned Glass Bead Bib Necklace - Elaborate design uses hundreds of grey-white translucent unfaceted barrell beads, brass rings in two szies and brass chains for connecting. I cannot imagine the amount of time it took to make this piece. Bib measures 16 1/2" along the neckline and bib covers a 4" x 4"+ area. I can find no flaw in this piece other than expected patina to the brass. Possibly European.

Item: UN7-408

Price: $295.00 US

•••

Description: Hobe Three Strand Memory Wire Bracelet in Blue/Green - Even though this is unsigned I am sure that this is Hobe; the matching earrings, which I do not have, were signed, and the bracelets were not. Dark blue beads have a confetti look and almost look like lapis at first glance. The other beads are lime green with the barrell beads being lime green aurora borealis. Also, there are a LOT of lime aurora borealis rhinestone rondelles - I count at least 35. Add to that brass leaves and goldtone elaborate spacer bars. Excellent condition. Very showy.

Item: UB7-414

Price: $125.00 US

•••

Description: Alexandrite Glass and Clear Rhinestone Pin Pendant and Earring set - I have taken two almost identical pictures, one under fluorescent light and the other under incandescent light. This set changes from aqua to lavender - at first I thought I was imagining things! Interesting asymmetrical dangles give a "negligee" effect, and unusual quality construction make these pieces quite unique and probably originally expensive. All stones prong set. Screwback earrings measure 1 1/2" x 3/8"; brooch-pendant measures 2 3/4" x 1 3/8". Colored ovals have aged but otherwise excellent condition.

Item: US7-410

Price: $64.50 US

•••

Description: Sterling Retro 3-D Brooch with Wired Over Stones - Another lovely floral design from the 1940's but with wired over unfoiled topaz colored glass stones and clear rhinestone florets. A volute motif across the floral stems completes the design. Vermeil (gold over sterling) setting, 2 3/4" x 1 1/2" . Plating shows wear and spotting as is typical of these pieces, otherwise very good condition.

Item: UP7-576
