Description: Argyle Patterned Solid Bangle with Clear Rhinestones - This round bangle has a beige background of unknown material on which has been applied dark brown strings of enamel in a diamond shape pattern; every "diamond" or half diamond shape has been filled with a paste set clear rhinestone. Some of the unknown base material got into the grooves on the inside of the silvertone (see lower picture); this looks like makeup but it is not. While the "stripes" are a very dark brown they appear black at a distance. A few of the clear rhinestones have been replaced and a couple of the brown "stripes" have been touched up; you would have to look long and hard to find them. Inner diameter is 2 1/2"; bangle is 7/8" of any inch wide. My hand measures 3" from the left edge of my index knuckle to the outside of my little finger and I can get this on, but if your hand is much larger you might have trouble. Description: Unsigned Eisenberg Bow Brooch - This has been attributed to Eisenberg; it is definitely old, though this design has be reproed (please see 2nd pic with colored repro). Large stones are prong set and appear to be unfoiled, though this may simply be that the foiling has worn off over the years. Some of the smaller round clears in the border and center of the bow were missing and have been replaced. Original is larger than the repro; 2 3/4" x 2". Metal may have been darkened but may be dark just from aging of metal, but a "japanned" effect results whether intentional or not. Description: Multi Blue Rhinestone Japanned Dangling Earrings - An unusual combination of light aqua, sapphire blue and opaque cobalt colored stones, all prong set into a japanned base that looks like an elongated rhinestone ball. Topped with a single jet black bicone and suspended from fine blackened chain, these have clip mechanisms but could easily be converted to pierced if you preferred it. Bottom is finished with a single black seed bead. 2 3/4" x 5/8" at widest point, these are 3-D so they look the same from any angle. Description: Art Deco Clear Rhinestone Bracelet - My gut feeling is that this is early Trifari (TKF-KTF) but there are no markings to verify that it is. Beautiful design and type of plating and stones seem to indicate Trifari or someone trying very hard to look like it. All stones are original; darkening commensurate with 70+ years is uniform and certainly found in almost all Trifari of this age. Other than plating wear on the reverse side I can find no flaw. 9 larger links are connected by alternating small links that are either baguette or set with small rounds. Hidden push-in clasp - design goes around entire length. Safety chain. 7" x 3/8". One of the nicest deco bracelets in all clear that I've ever had for sale. Item: UB6-422 Price: $79.50 US |

Description: Pink and Green Enameled Floral Trembler Pin - This charming piece has quite a few tiny rhinestones as accents and three relatively large clear stones. The enameled is in good but not perfect condition - one pink petal has a chipped spot and the leaves have several small dings. However for its age it still looks very good and has the added benefit of having the floral head on a spring so that it trembles while you move. Possibly Coro but unsigned. Description: Mama & Baby Duck Pin with Faux Moonstone - One of the sweetest figural pins I have had; this uses clear rhinestone pave for the ducks' bodies and beaks, while the heads are done in rose-pink and light blue glass moonstones. The mama's head is even more unusual in that it is a high domed cabochon with almost a "star sapphire" effect. Rose gold colored plating, wonderful condition, about 2 1/4" x 1". Description: Blue Faux Moonstone and Rhinestone Necklace, Bracelet and Earring Demi - Very pretty set using square shaped medium blue glass moonstones and light sapphire rhinestones. Necklace is a modified fringe style having rhinestone chain with the square moonstones alternating with more rhinestones to provide the "fringe". Bracelet has two rows of rhinestone chain centered with a spaced row of square moonstones. Earrings used slightly larger squares around a center round moonstone cab; the squares alternate with groups of four rhinestones. Necklace has a foldover clasp and measures 15"; bracelet is just shy of 7" wearable length with identical foldover clasp. Clip earrings are 1" x 1" and are probably a marriage, but the entire set was given to my mother in the early 1960's so if there were different earrings sold with this set they must not have been available. Description: Unsigned Domed Round Brooch - This certainly exhibits most of the trademarks of design that Schreiner used - unfoiled open back stones set point up, gunmetal type setting - the only thing missing is the hook and eye construction, which is not appropriate to this design. Stones are jet (in center), golden and light Colorado topaz, and black diamond rhinestones in the rounds, and a deep Madeira topaz for the navettes (which are not inverted.) Description: DeLizza and Elster aka Juliana Filigree Ball Earrings in Blue - The filigree balls on these earrings are actually much more gold in reality than would appear in my picture - in trying to get the correct blue I ended up changing the goldtone in the picture. Description: DeLizza and Elster aka Juliana Smoked Topaz and Aurora Borealis Rhinestone Earrings - All prong set and much more dynamic and sparkly than my picture indicates - these match a wonderful bracelet that I have seen (as well, I am sure, as a necklace and brooch). Description: D&E?? Earrings in Hyacinth, Topaz and Jonquil Rhinestones - These earrings use the quality clipbacks found on some higher end Juliana earrings, but while size and general design look somewhat like D&E , the stones are paste set, and I can't think of any Juliana pieces that use the pave set "swoosh" that is more often found on Eisenberg on Weiss pieces. Whatever, these are really sparkly, blingy earrings with top quality stones and components, nice plating. 1 3/8" x 3/4", excellent original condition. Top marquises are hyacinth (orange) with the two side marquises being golden topaz rhinestones. Bottom rounds are jonquil with a slight green cast in some lights. Description: Haskellesque Black Diamond Crystal and Cream Glass Pearl Necklace - While I don't believe this is Haskell, it certainly looks like someone was trying to emulate her style - Jonne? Robert? DeMario? Eugene? Czech crystal beads in grey are held in place by rhinestone headpins, and interwoven with rhinestone balls, pave set cast metal pieces and cream colored round pearls also held by rhinestone headpins. This forms a kind of floral design with one going up and one going down. All appears to be handwired to a double filigree finding. Chain portion is a double row, one of grey crystal and one of cream glass pearls. Adjustable dog collar will accomodate up to a 15 1/2" neck. Pearls along the strand are worn, particularly at the back of the neck where they would have rubbed, but the wear is pretty difficult to see unless you are closer than 6". Pearls in the centerpiece are in pretty good shape except for the back of the top one, where it would have rubbed. The underside of the rhinestone headpins show a little verdigris. Still, in very good original vintage condition for this type of piece. I saw the matching bracelet on a well known website a few years ago, which sold for well over $200. Description: Clear and Aqua Rhinestone Dog Collar - Pretty piece for spring! 1930's looking linkage is set with clear rhinestones, and the center of each link has a single aqua marquise, all in silvertone. Foldover clasp is set with three clear rhinestones. Probably originally meant for a teenager or adult with a small neck - this measures about 13 1/2". Description: Two Strand Glass Dark Grey Baroque Pearl Bracelet - This again looks like it could be Haskell, but I don't believe it is because it is strung on chain instead of thread, and the spacer beads are plain round silvertone balls instead of faceted. However the quality is high, and the clasp is done with the thumbless clasp often found on older Haskell (clasp findings are all brass). Description: Possible D&E Chalk White Brooch and Earring Set - Brooch has open and closed backs, built in pin stem. Older style triangular earring backs, all stones are prong set. Description: Blue and Green Haskellesque Hand-Wired Brooch and Earring Set - While I don't think this is Haskell it was done by someone trying to copy the Haskell style. All handwired using lapis/soldalite look faceted beads, dark blue aurora borealis seed beads, wonderful blue/green swirled glass beads secured with capri blue headpins, flattened green AB crystal rounds, lumpy multi colored art glass, deep peacock art beads and blue ab flower beads attached with green head pins AND what almost looks like tumbled abalone shell. Whew! Amazing little pieces of work, these would be a bundle if they were Haskell. Excellent condition. Brooch is a curved pentagonal, 1 3/4" in diameter, clip earrings are 1 1/8" in diameter. Description: Geometric Clear Rhinestone Pave Bracelet - At first glance this seems 1930's, but I believe this is a little later, probably late 1940's, and perhaps the design is based on "tank treads" that were popular during WWII. Triple row links alternate with open rectangular links. Unsigned but superior quality, with all stones original and bead hand-set, "hidden" clasp disappears into the design but can be found with the safety chain (see closeup). A few stones (there are 300 in this piece) are starting to darken with time but these are not noticeable, the vast majority are still very white. Lots of links make for a great fit. Description: Pink Glass Moonstone/Pink Rhinestone Necklace and Earring Set - Really super set! The bracelet uses rectangular (octagon) stones in two rows that alternate with rows of pink rhinestone chain. Goldtone setting. Clip earrings use the same rectangular stone, surrounds it with baguettes and then borders it with round moonstones alternating with sets of three pink rhinestones. Bracelet has a foldover clasp, 7 1/4" wearable length x 1" wide. Earrings are 7/8" x 7/8". Excellent condition, anything that looks like plating wear in the photo is either shadows, reflections or marks caused by some goo from a long gone sticker that I removed with Goo Gone after I looked at the picture!
