Description: Blush Pink Rhinestone Crescent Moon Pin - Though this photographed as almost lavender, and has a bit of a lavender cast in some lights, these are a beautiful shade of pink and the refraction of the largest 10mm stones is blinding. 2 1/2" x 5/8", potmetal setting, excellent condition.

Item: UP12-699

Price: $37.50 US

••••

Description: Tortoise and Cream Colored Plastic Deco Brooch - This is an intriguing piece - the plastic does not test for bakelite but is the right heft. The cream colored part is opaque, the tortoise colored is more translucent. Made in three sections, which are all handwired to heavy double filigree; filigree itself is also handwired together, quality pinback. This has been confirmed as NOT Haskell but nonetheless someone went to great pains to handwire a piece that normally would have been glued. About 2 1/4" x 3/4", excellent condition, and a pretty example of 1940's "sporty" jewelry. Very nice on a jacket or sweater.

Item: UP12-565

Price: $45.00 US

••••

Description: Brass and Turquoise/Coral Colored Bead Pair of Dress Clips - These were identified by a Haskell expert as being Haskell, however, I do not believe that they are, though they certainly use colors/components similar to the ones Haskell used. Floral and leaf design is done in brass, with aqua enameled bead centers on the flowers and coral bead "berries" in the center of the design. Headpins for the coral beads are the old rounded head style. (note that the aqua beads are glued and not wired). These clips have seen better days - 2 of the aqua beads are chipped, and three of the coral beads are missing. One clip has some beginning greening (much worse in picture due to flash on camera). However, clip mechanisms are tight and finding a pair of dress clips in this size (2" x 1") and color combination is pretty difficult, and our price is right!

Item: UD12-566

Price: $39.50/pair US

••••

Description: Potmetal and Clear RS Flower Basket Brooch - Sizeable for this type of genre at 2 1/4" x 1 3/4". 2-3 stones appear to be replacements, otherwise all original and in excellent condition. Flower baskets were a favorite them in the 1930s-40s with the motif appearing in all types of household items as well as jewelry. A sweet reminder of simpler days.

Item: UP12-401

Price: $49.50 US

••••

Description: Goldtone and Clear RS Retro Dress Clip - Don't you just love the volute styling on this piece? A sizeable 2 3/4" x 2" makes this an unusual piece and very wearable, especially with the low-cut V necklines that will be everywhere this spring. Wear this to a party or out to dinner and be the envy of all the fashionistas.

Item: UD12-402

Price: $49.50 US

•••

Description: Purple and Pink Givre-Type Earrings - Accented with purple aurora borealis rhinestones, these earrings use deep purple givre navettes and bicolored pink and purple pears. Truly unusual stones. Silvertone setting, all prong set, 1 1/2" x 5/8". Correct three hole clip findings for DeLizza and Elster, but I have not had these confirmed. Regardless of who made these, these stones are unusual and rare and the matching pieces would have to be absolutely breathtaking. Excellent condition. These stones would be impossible to find.

Item: UE12-443

Price: $35.00 US

•••

Description: Aqua/Pink/Clear Rhinestone Floral Urn Brooch - Whether you think of an urn or a vase of flowers, this piece is utterly charming and so 1930's looking. Pink and aqua marquises make up the foliage and the clear rhinestone are pave set on the urn, with small baguettes at the top and bottom. 1 1/2" x 1 3/4", all appears original and excellent condition. One of my favorites.

Item: UP12-705

Price: $59.50 US

•••

Description: Wonderful Link Bracelet in Greens and Blues - a mix of emerald green, green tourmaline, Montana (navy) blue and blue aurora borealis stones, set in a gunmetal type setting. Stones are paste set, rounds and baguettes. Foldover clasp set with dark blue rhinestones, this will fit a larger wrist - up to 8". 11/16" wide. A real show stopper, probably Regency, but unsigned.

Item: UB12-538

Price: $59.50 US

•••

Description: Clear Rhinestone Brooch and Earring Set in a Pinwheel Design - Designer Quality without the name. All prong set. All pieces alternate rows of baguette rhinestones with rows of round rhinestones. Brooch is 2 1/2" in diameter, clip earrings are 1 1/4" x 1". Stones are in nice condition with some darkening seen on the "florets" in the earrings. Silvertone setting. Excellent, very wearable design.

Item: US12-436

Price: $45.00 US

•••

Description: Deco Style Up the Ear Clip Earrings - Though these earrings were probably made no earlier than the 1950's because of the clip findings, the use of topaz colored rhinestone baguettes and emerald cuts give these earrings a Thirties feeling. Accented with clear rhinestone paved swirls and topaz rhinestone dentelles, these measure 1 5/8" x 3/4".

Item: UE12-148

Price: $42.50 US

•••

Description: Colorado Topaz and Aurora Borealis Rhinestone Earrings - These certainly look like Weiss but no mark. All prong set (mostly multi-prong), excellent condition.Round and navette shaped stones. Clip, 1 3/8" x 3/4". It would be fun to see the matching pieces! Classic 1950's.

Item: UE12-499

Price: $19.50 US

•••

Description: Unfoiled Topaz Glass Oval Stone Floral Brooch - While probably not originally an expensive piece, this charming floral demonstrates once again that years ago inexpensive didn't mean poorly made. Good quality clasp and riveted floral heads. Goldtone plating is somewhat worn; this appears to be the type of piece where the leaves would have been enameled but for whatever reason weren't. Clear rhinestone accents, 3" x 2".

Item: UP12-151

Price: $34.50 US

•••

Description: Aurora Borealis "Princesse" Necklace - Actually at least some of these stones are colored aurora borealis (rather than the conventional clear aurora borealis), but it isa pastel shade and difficult to tell what the color is, I am guessing either aqua or lavender as there are flashes of both when you look at the teardrop shaped stones. Seven teardrop shaped stones hang down from the main aurora borealis chain, with smaller pieces of chain added over the top to give a festoon look. Very graceful and perfect for someone who has dainty taste. Goldtone setting, adjustable hook clasp up to 15". Excellent condition. Much prettier in person, and less expensive than most of the less interesting contemporary versions.

Item: UN12-731

Price: $34.50 US

•••

Description: Pretty Blue Faux Moonstone and Rhinestone Pinwheel Brooch - Riveted design with all prong set stones. Layered pinwheel style has round a teardrop shaped medium blue faux glass moonstones and light sapphire blue rhinestones. Layered construction with middle part being domed. About 2 1/2" in diameter. A couple of the teardrop shaped stones have a tiny chip on the point end, so this goes for a bargain price.

Item: UP12-648

Price: $22.50 US

Sorry, SOLD!

•••

Description: Lime Green and Jonquil Yellow Brooch and Earring Set - Very pretty and well made set that looks like DeLizza and Elster but is constructed differently than would be usual for that company. Layered pinwheel type brooch has a center topaz AB rhinestone surrounded by a row of smaller topaz AB rhinestones. In turn, this is surrounded by larger jonquil rounds, which is surrounded by spaced lime green rounds, and final lowest layer is angeled jonquil navettes. Goldtone setting, photo of back shows layers of riveting. Earrings are made similarly, but with less rows. Brooch is about 1 7/8" in diameter and 1/2" deep, earrings are 1 1/8" in diameter. Very small chip out of point of one marquise in the brooch, you will have to loupe to find it, otherwise excellent.

Item: US12-674

Price: $49.50 US

Sorry, SOLD!

•••

Description: Green and Frosted Clear Bead Necklace - This piece features gorgeous emerald green and clear glass beads that look almost like handblown glass "pears" in the center section, with frosted and pearlized clear beads and various emerald green round and seed beads making up the chain sections. Spring ring clasp looks newer and I think this may have been restrung at some point (not by me!). Approximately 20" long. Very interesting piece.

Item: UN12-156

Price: $27.50 US

•••

Description: Unsigned Leaf Brooch in Dark Topaz and Black Diamond Rhinestones - If a combination of shimmering grey and brown rhinestones is appealing to you, this is a wonderful piece, just right for every autumn season. Set in the goldtone plating that Weiss and Hollycraft seemed to use. 2 3/4" x 2 1/4" and slightly domed.

Item: UP12-157

Price: $49.50 US

•••

Description: Beaded Red Green Blue Egyptian Style Collar Necklace - This is probably European in origin. Round glass beads in red, green and blue dangle from opaque glass barrel shaped beads going both directions from a brass center chain. Old "thumbless" spring ring clasp. 15 1/4", 1 1/2" wide. Tremendous piece. A similar, not nearly as ornate piece, falsely identified as a Haskell piece, recently sold on rubylane for almost $700. I feel our price is a bargain.

Item: UP12-544

Price: $275.00 US

•••

Description: Japanned Brooch with Clear Rhinestones - This actually has a five pointed star design that alternates with a triple stone pattern that goes in between the "spokes" of the star. 2" in diameter. Always great with black or black/white color schemes that are perenially popular.

Item: UP12-159

Price: $25.00 US

•••

Description: Blue Cabochon anc Clear RS Necklace - Very unusual cabochon necklace with rhinestone links and pave set castings. Twelve pronged glass cabochons each have four rhinestone set leaves; these links are linked with links set with three clear rhinestones. Metal has darkened either by time or design on the top side, while underneath seems to be shiny silver plating. Adjustable hook style, with rhinestone set tail ending in a clear rhinestone pear drop - hook is also rhinestone set with clear baguettes. It is my feeling that the hook may be a long ago replacement. The cabochons get their unusual grey blue color that imitates chalcedony from dark blue foiling on the underside. One cabochon shows loss of about half of that foiling; one other has a small foiling ding. These flaws are only apparent when held up to backlighting and scrutinized carefully and do not show when worn. Fits up to 15" neck and would be extendable very easily on the hook end. Very Trifari looking or possibly Schoeffel.

Item: UN12-400

Price: $59.50 US

•••

Description: Goldtone Mesh and Dark Colorado Topaz Rhinestone Collar - While these multi pronged glass stones look smokey topaz colored on my monitor, they are actually a medium brown. Adjustable hook closure, will accomodate up to a 16 1/2" neck. 3/4" wide at center.

Item: UN12-242

Price: $25.00 US

•••

Description: Coral "Bubblelite" Hinged Clamper Bracelet - Apparently this type of lightweight plastic can be dated, by old advertising, to the mid-late 1950's.I have seen this type of jewelry done in ivory color but never in coral. This piece is in very good original condition, with just a little "paint" off of the hinge mechanism. (see bottom picture). All clear rhinestones are bright and original. Hinge works great, 7/8" wide, 2" x 2 1/2" inner diameter, oval shape. Ivory ones seen on other sites for 3x what I have this priced at.

Item: UB12-473

Price: $49.50 US

•••

Description: Quality Clear Rhinestone Earrings - These make a nice marriage with the Eisenberg bracelet # SB6-684 in that both of these use "tipped" or slanted stones in the center. The Eisenberg piece uses bell stones, these are pears, clustered in two sets of three on either side of center, and bordered with clear rhinestone chain. All prong set, very nice condition. Clip mechanism looks scratched in photo but is very shiny, excellent condition in person. About 1 1/4" x 1/2".

Item: UE12-668

Price: $25.00 US

•••

Description: Green Cabochon Pear Earrings - D&E?? All prong set, these use one of the correct clip findings for D&E and have the same general size/shape that this company used. Deep bottle green cabs surround a single green and two clear rhinestones. 1 7/8" x 15/16". Excellent original condition. Inside of clip finding says "A" in a circle and Pat. Pend. These were identified as being D&E by an avid collector several years ago.

Item: UE12-475

Price: $16.50 US

•••

Description: Smoked Topaz and Jonquil Necklace - This has rhinestone chain in jonquil (light yellow) and nice quality octagonal unfoiled dark brown stones with two brown rhinestones used above and below at the center for accents. Goldplated brass setting, adjustable hook closure. This will extend up to a little over 14 1/4". Yellow stones show some aging but still have plenty of sparkle, unfoiled stones are excellent condition. Pretty with the v-necked tops and dresses that are prevalent right now. Bargain price.

Item: UN12-516

Price: $30.00 US

•••

Description: Multi Pastel Glass Moonstone Cabochon Dress Clips - Done in a modified fan shape, with lots of clear rhinestones and black enamel border. Clip mechanisms work well and are pretty in their own right! 1 1/2" x 1 3/8". Enamel is in excellent shape, only one or two rhinestones are replacements. The bottom pink cab on the left has a slight dimple that is not noticeable, in fact, I did not see it even during cleaning, but the good ol' flash camera picked it up!

Item: UD12-586

Price: $69.50 US

•••

Description: Haskellesque West German Necklace and Earring Set - Though the components used here are not quite the calibre used by Haskell, this set is certainly made to look like her work, and the labor involved would be similar. Green glass pieces and beads and plastic leaves are handwired to pierced metal cages and covered with a plain brass backing; necklace stringing alternates small clear seed beads and green glass beads. Inside of hook clasp is marked M.West Germany and brass backing on earrings is marked West (over) Germany. Typical West German clips. Necklace adjusts up to slightly over 16", center motif is 1 1/2" wide. Clip earrings are 1 1/4" in diameter. Wear to the back of the necklace brass backing and on the hook, otherwise fine. If you like the look of Haskell but can't hack the price, this set may be for you.

•••

Description: Amazing Unsigned Haskell Brooch and Bracelet Set - Done with pink and pink/white glass wired florals and blue wound glass barrel type beads in a huge corsage motif. Center of each floral is done with pear shaped glass pearls, small glass seed pearls in little florettes surrounded by brass leaves, and both corsages accented with a bunch of beads in pink, blue and pearl making up kind of a ball shape that looks as good from the back as from the front. Brooch has 5 chain and pearl and chain dangles. Bracelet has what looks like 12 strands of seed pearls in three groups of four strands (actually probably one strand that has been woven back and forth. Goldtone metal push in clasp with floral and rope twist motif. Corsage pieces are all hand wired into pierced metal domes with usual covered solid backs as found in pre-signature pieces. One pear shaped pearl shows a wear spot; one larger seed pearl is chipped, and there is mild verdigris and wear to the pierced frame covers. Edge of bracelet clasp shows mild wear. None of this is visible from a wearing standpoint. Exceptional, once in a lifetime set. "Corsage"s are about 2 1/2" in diameter, brooch is almost 4 1/2" from top to bottom of longest dangle. Bracelet is for a small wrist, slightly over 6 1/2". International buyers, Western Union ONLY on this item.

Item: US12-665

Price: $995.00 US

•••

Description: Tiny Basket Pin with Blue Square Stones - If you know a basket collector, this would be a fun addition to their collection. Potmetal, clear rhinestone pave accented with a blue square glass stone band, and multi jewel tone floral upper. Basket handle is 3-D and may even be usable as a pendant. 1 1/8" x 1". One stone on the handle has darkened, you may wish to replace.

Item: UP12-589

Price: $9.50 US

•••

Description: Large Triple Leaf Brooch - 3 1/4" x 2", goldtone with black diamond and Colorado topaz rhinestones. Interesting metal fauna gives a three dimensional feel, entire piece is somewhat domed. This looks like it might be a Hollycraft manufactured piece, either for their own line or for one of the companies they subcontracted for. Excellent condition and a great price.

Item: UP12-590

Price: $34.50 US

•••

Description: Aqua and Clear Checkerboard Brooch - Or, tic-tac-toe design if you prefer! 7mm rounds are separated by small cast pieces set with two rhinestones. Very interesting design, 1 3/16" in either direction, silvertone setting, excellent condition. Meant to be worn at the "diamond" shape angle instead of rectangular. Bottom stone looks very dark but that is due to a shadow that the camera operator couldn't seem to eliminate......!

Item: UP12-701

Price: $17.50 US

•••

Description: Black Bead & Rhinestone Dangle Earrings - Jet black pear shaped rhinestones are surrounded by a clear rhinestone border, which surmounts a single faceted black bead topped with a pave set endcap. Silvertone, clip findings, 1 3/8" x 7/16", excellent condition. Factory pads. Probably from the 1970's, these are very wearable. Everyone has something black clothingwise, especially in evening attire, but these could definitely go work depending on what you do for a living.

Item: UE12-744

Price: $17.50 US

•••

Description: Black Bead and Rhinestone Rondelle Dangle Earrings - These are a little bit of a question mark in my mind. The earring findings are certainly no earlier than the 1950's, but the chains used for the dangles are quite a bit earlier, and it is unusual to find pieces with this type of chain intact. The top is a single black bead, from which dangles three paperclip chains from which hang a large black round, a rhinestone set rondelle, and another black bead. 2" long, silvertone setting, everything seems to be in excellent condition.

Item: UE12-745

Price: $29.50 US
