Description: Celebrity Bracelet with "Moroccan" Cabochons - Celebrity was apparently a party plan line of jewelry, and this particular design series must have been manufactured by DeLizza & Elster; D&E used similar "Moroccan" themed stones in their jewelry, notice the 5 link construction and foldover clasp with safety chain. Excellent condition, this measures wearable length of 7 3/4", and is about 7/8" wide. I have seen a matching necklace online, and there may be earrings as well. Fun and very wearable piece, this would look great with any denim pieces in your wardrobe. Item: SB5-685 Price: $33.50 US

Description: Monet Goldtone Fringed Pendant Necklace - Quality, weighty materials make this a piece you'll love to wear, whether with a sweater in winter or a fun top in summer. Chain is approximately 24", with pendant portion measuring about 4". Pendant is reversible so you don't have to worry which side is up! Excellent condition, silky smooth feel. Item: SN11-713 Price: $12.50 US |

Description: Claudette Clear Rhinestone Dangling Clip Earrings - A rarely found and sought after name. Pretty design of small clears and channel set baguettes, from which suspend a larger round. 1 1/4" x 1/2" at widest point, excellent condition, all original. Silvertone, all paste set. Any stone darkening is a reflection and not there in person. Item: SE9-678 Price: $28.50 US |

Description: DeMario Aqua Dangling Brooch - Gorgeous piece done with glass baroque pearls, aqua crystals, aqua baguette rhinestones, and some clear roses montees. Signed Robert de Mario N.Y.C. (with periods) All handwired. 2 1/2" x 1 3/4" at tallest point. In excellent condition with a tiny bit of verdigris on the rotator part of the clasp. Item: SP2-654 Price: $175.00 US |

Description: Andamodes New York - I can find little information about this company but this is definitely a quality piece; if you collect unusual signatures this is a coup for you. Maltese cross design in glass half pearls, faux carnelian and clear rhinestone, with the larger stones dog tooth/similar settings. About 2 1/4" x 2", slightly domed, very good condition with some plating wear on the back. Item: SP11-649 Price: $54.50 US |

Description: Fenichel Purple, Faux Alexandrite and Aurora Borealis Demi Parure - This necklace, bracelet and earring set exemplify what one normally finds for Fenichel - large "headlight" stones of excellent quality, multi-prong settings, and classic linear styling. The faux alexandrite stones look lavender in some lights, light blue in others. Only the necklace is marked Fenichel; thus, there may be unsigned Fenichel around, as the bracelet and the earrings are an obvious match. Necklace is adjustable to 15", bracelet is slightly over 7"; earrings are clip and 1" x 7/8". Goldtone setting, excellent condition. Stunning with a simple purple evening gown. Item: SS1-621 Price: $195.00 US Sorry, SOLD! ![]() ![]() |

Description: Fenichel Collar Necklace - When people refer to collars they usually mean a stand-up dog collar type. This literally looks like a collar! Whether worn with an evening gown or over the top of a sweater, this piece is impressive in person, a real show stopper. Topaz colored baguettes edge the design and the inner portion is filled with lines of jonquil (light yellow) rhinestone chain. Adjustable hook closure, necklace will fit up to a 16" neck. About 3" from neckchain to corner. Even the hook and end were rhinestone set. Excellent condition. Fenichel is infrequently seen and always seems to be top quality. Item: SN1-612 Price: $165.00 US |
|
Description: Deja Fur Clip - Actually it is difficult to tell if this says "Deja" or "Reja" as the signature stamp is a little uneven and the bottom of the first letter is not there. However, it appears to be Deja. A single faux glass turquoise cabochons is surrounded by clear rhinestones in this floral design. The flower petals are enameled in cream in the distinctive enameling fashion that Deja used; ends of leaves are accented with tiny clears, as are the backs of the aqua enameled leaves. Except for replacing two tiny clears on the floral petals and some plating wear on the clip finding, this is in excellent original condition. 2 1/8" x 1 1/2". Item: SF5-594 Price: $79.50 US |

Description: Engel Brothers Deco Style Bracelet - Though this signature is relatively unfamiliar, their work is of excellent quality. This was a classic design for this company and apparently came not only in all clear as shown here but in colored versions as well. Done with 12 hinged links, this uses an older style push-in clasp. Top side is in excellent shape and appears to be all original; back side plating is pitted, though - this must have been a favorite of the original owner! This does not affect the appearance when worn. Sides have the embossed edges that are found in 1920's pieces, but curiously this has a later 1930's-40's feel. 7" x 3/8", safety chain is also an older style and has a spring ring on both ends! This enables it to be opened and closed easily by the wearer. Engel Brothers also had necklaces that opened on both sides, this appears to be kind of their "trademark". Lovely by itself or as part of a stylish grouping of multiple bracelets. Item: SB1-614 Price: $79.50 US Sorry, SOLD! ![]() |

Description: Czechoslav Brooch in all Clear Rhinestones - Small (1 5/8" diameter) but beautifully done floral brooch in all clear rhinestones, this is three dimensional with the floral heads riveted between each pave set leaf. Silvertone setting, marked Czechoslavki(a) on the body of the brooch and Czechoslav on the pinstem. Excellent condition with several of the smallest clears replacements but will be difficult to find. The perfect accent for a satin clutch, a hat, or a velvet jacket. Item: SP6-571 Price: $27.50 US |

Description: KJL White Lucite? Rose Pin and Earrings Set - A well-known design for this company, this uses an opaque white plastic for the rose blossom with a paved center, border on the black enamel leaves, and on the stem on the brooch. The brooch's rose is slightly more white in some lights than the earrings, and the pieces are marked slightly differently - the earrings are marked with a copyright symbol and KJL on both the clip mechanism and the back of the earring; the brooch is also marked with the copyright symbol and KJL but the goldtone setting underneath the pinstem actually says Korea! I am not certain of the significance of this. Brooch is 2 1/2" x 1 1/2"; earrings are about 1" in diameter. Item: SS8-555 Price: $72.50 US |

Description: EB Heart Necklace - Done by Engel Brothers, this necklace uses lovely heart shaped light blue sapphire rhinestones that alternate with clear rhinestone chain; however, this is not conventional rhinestone chain but chain that uses both round and marquise shaped clear rhinestones. Silvertone setting, foldover clasp. This piece came to us missing the "female" end of the clasp, which we have replaced; I think you will have trouble finding the repair. 16", stones and plating are in excellent condition. Little is known about the Engel Brothers company, many of their pieces have a deco styling, but this looks very 1950's. Item: SN1-541 Price: $39.50 US Sorry, SOLD! |

Description: Carol Dauplaise Long Single Strand Necklace in Aqua/Amethyst - 30" long strand with opaque turquoise colored glass beads, goldtone findings and what I am pretty certain are tumbled genuine amethyst quartz "nuggets". Nice weight; sliding typical Dauplaise locking clasp works well but you probably won't need it as this fits easily over your head. Works equally well on its own or as a layering piece. Item: SN8-556 Price: $45.00 US |

Description: Dodds (Doddz) Large Brooch and Ear Set in Fall Colors - This is Dodds with the backward "s" that is sometimes thought to be a "z". Very unusual in that most Dodds pieces are Christmas, and this is much larger than average, measuring almost 3 3/4" x 1 1/2". You will find this to be absolutely beautiful in person, very sparkly and the goldtone finish (which looks like the type Hollycraft used and indeed may have been manufactured by them) is much more yellow in person than appears on my monitor. Jonquil, topaz and hyacinth 6mm rhinestone are all original, and everything is excellent condition. Only one earring is marked, (see picture) which means if the earrings weren't with this I would not have had any idea it was Dodds. Clip earrings are 1 1/8" x 3/4". Item: SS1-481 Price: $49.50 US Sorry, SOLD! |

Description: Gene Verri (Verrecchia) Rose Goldwash Brooch - Though this is not a vintage piece I am putting it here because of the style. Made by Gene Verrecchia, head designer for Coro for many years and now owner of his own company, Gemcraft, this brooch was sold to members of VFCJ (Vintage Fashion and Costume Jewelry) as a special bonus a few years ago. The design is dominated by three large unfoiled green glass pear stones and accented with red aurora borealis rhinestones. 2 3/4" x 2 1/2" and very 3-D with substantial weight. Limited edition. Two other styles available - please inquire. Item: SP1-173 (pictured) Price: $89.50 US ![]() |

Description: Alice Caviness Jonquil and Topaz Rhinestone Earrings - Very sparkly in person! Stones are all prong set in goldtone, dome shaped. 1 1/8" in diameter. Jonquil (light yellow) marquises surround a center clear stone; borders are done in a double row of topaz rounds and marquises Caviness jewelry is difficult to find. Excellent quality and condition. Item: SE1-440 Price: $65.00 US |

Description: Hobe Glass Pearl and Clear Rhinestone Earrings in Original Box - Excellent quality button style earrings with clip findings. Light cream glass pearls are surrounded by paste set clear rhinestones. 9/16" in diameter, never worn excellent if not pristine condition. Even includes the original price tag of $31.00; model FC400E. The black on the findings is simply a camera reflection, the goldtone is in mint condition. Item: SE8-510 Price: $25.00 US Sorry, SOLD! |

Description: Lucy Isaacs NYC Fruit and Flower Necklace - Done in sterling silver, this is a difficult to find and expensive line of jewelry. Brand new this piece retails for around $350.00. This is in excellent condition - I could find nothing broken or missing and the colors are gorgeous. Wear this with a sheath and a pair of heels and the world will beat a path to your door. Chain has darkened as will any sterling (clasp is marked 925 on the section that moves), about 26" in length. Item: SN8-511 Price: $95.00 US Sorry, SOLD! ![]() |

Description: Eugene Wood, Rhinestone and Glass Leaves Necklace Set - Like Haskell and DeMario, Eugene Schultz made beautiful, hand-made and hand-wired jewelry during the short approximately 10 year span that he was in business. These must have been 1940's pieces when the use of such diverse materials would have been popular. At least 5 different sizes of wooden beads are used in the triple strand necklace, which juxtaposes the refinement of rhinestone rondelles and the femininity of the mint colored glass leaves with the wood. Push in clasp with wood, signed Eugene. Necklace measures 15 3/4". Handwired clip earrings are 1" x 1 3/8". I can find no flaw in these pieces. A tremendous vintage set. Item: SS2-260 Price: $120.00 US |

Description: Duane Snowflake Necklace and Earrings - Whether this was originally intended to be a snowflake is purely conjecture on my part, but this intricate overlapping design would look smashing for Christmas or any time of year. Emerald green glass baguette and round rhinestones are interspersed with clear rhinestone pears, rounds and baguettes. Set in silvertone. Screwback earrings measure 1 1/2" long; adjustable necklace will fit up to a 15" neck. Small solder repair on one earring. All pieces marked Duane. Item: SS3-027 Price: $50.00 US |

Description: Dewees Necklace and Earring Set in Original? Box - A rare and highly regarded name by vintage collectors "in the know". Done like fine jewelry with both gold and silvertone on the same piece. Pendant has goldtone ribbed oval center with a single glass pearl surrounded by clear pave set in silvertone at N-S-E-W points. Bail is silvertone; chain may not be original but is marked goldfilled both on the clasp and on hanging metal tag and is substantial and long (26"+) and cost of the set alone is justified by the chain! Clip earrings are same design but have the oval on it's side with only two stations, one set with a center pearl, the other is all rhinestones (and this looks original). Pendant and earrings all marked "DEWEES" ; pendant is 2 1/2" x 1 3/4" including bail. Earrings are 1" x 7/8". I am including box these were found in, marked Jarecki's Jewelers and Silversmiths, Inc., Erie, PA. Item: SS4-386 Price: $79.50/set US |

Description: Ciner Cloverleaf ? Earrings - I am assuming these match pieces with a floral type pattern so I'm not sure my design description is quite accurate! These are actually quite delicate in appearance in person, measuring about 3/4" x 5/8" in person, emulating a fine jewelry look and as with all Ciner, very nicely done. Silvertone, clip, emerald green stones with small clears, all stones original. Clears have yellowed very slightly, commensurate with being approximately 50 years old. French clip mechanism marked Ciner. These were probably originally quite expensive. Notice on the back that one is marked L and the other R so that you put them on the correct ears! Item: SE11-416 Price: $29.50 US |

Description: Thelma Deutsch Starfish Pin and Earring Set - While not all of Thelma's pieces were japanned, her use of this black finish was certainly one of her "trademarks". These pieces are set with light and dark sapphire, Montana and blue aurora borealis rhinestones. The earrings are clip, 1 1/8" in diameter. The brooch is about 2 1/2" in diameter. Excellent original condition. TD sets are difficult to find. Item: SS5-521 Price: $95.00/set US |

Description: Claudette Aqua and Clear Earrings - A rare but highly sought after name, these are beautifully crafted and could almost pass for fine jewelry. Aqua baguettes are surrounded by lots of tiny pave set stones. Clip mechanisms, 1 1/8" x 3/4". Rhodium plate, everything in excellent condition. Slight yellow cast in photo is a reflection rather than actually part of the piece. Item: SE6-517 Price: $29.50 US Sorry, SOLD! |

Description: Incredible Purple Edlee Bracelet and Brooch Set - I am not certain if this brand is EDLEE or ED LEE but the signature is one word. A rarely found company particularly known for using this "nautilus" type of stone, this is a sumptuous color, using purple, purple aurora borealis, lavender and the nautilus glass pieces in shades of purple with a little blue thrown in surrounding clear aurora borealis stones. All stones are pronge set, goldtone plating is in excellent condition - this is about as good as it gets. Bracelet has foldover clasp, 6 3/4" x about 1 1/2" at widest point. Brooch is 2" x 1 7/8". Fantastic set. Item: SS1-532 Price: $295.00 US Sorry, SOLD! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Description: Jeanne Pin - Another rare name. The center 23mm stone is in dark brown with radiating facets on the underside, and a large table. Asymmetrical six point stars set with black stones surround the center, giving this a kind of "celestial" feeling. This color combination is very complimentary to contemporary fashions. Approximately 2.25" in diameter, brass setting. Extremely small chip at edge of center stone, only noticeable on close scrutiny, but price reflects. Item: SP5-052 Price: $45.00 US Sorry, SOLD! |

Description: Duette Signed with British, Canadian and US Patent Numbers - This duette is in excellent shape; I do believe it is Coro, although I can find no signature. However, it is marked on the duette frame Brit. Pat. 410696(top) and Can. Pat. 147175. The dress clip findings are also marked 1852188, which I believe is the US patent for the findings using a small spring that was found a good deal of the time on Coro duettes. Findings are unusual, also, in that they are stamped in a 1920's-1930's style floral and scroll design. The duette has, as far as I can tell, all original stones, very slight yellowing of the clears (or perhaps the glue that was used) in a few places. 2 3/8" x 7/8" assembled. Nice cut-out design. Silvertone. Item: SD6-261 Price: $74.50 US Sorry, SOLD! |

Description: Deauville Two Strand Arumed Red Crystal Necklace - While this is an item also appropriate for the crystal section, I have chosen to put it here because, unlike 99% of vintage crystal items, this is signed "Deauville" on both of the connector ends at the back of this adjustable hook necklace. This is the only time I have seen arumed (metallic gold coated on half of the bead) RED crystal; it is very doubtful that you could find this bead at any bead market, anywhere. Graduated arumed red round beads are separated by arumed bicones. Adjustable to 16". Item: SN6-214 Price: $39.50 US Sorry, SOLD! |

Description: Marvella 5-Strand Crystal Bead Necklace in Argent and Madiera Topaz - A truly magnificent 1960's piece. 5 nested strands of black diamond with a 1/2 silver metallic and warm brown with a 1/2 metallic copper coat glass crystal make a perfect drape around your throat. Beads are separated by copper colored faceted seed beads. Goldtone terminals both say Marvella in a curved plaque; hook is also marked Marvella and has a single rhinestone. Adjustable tail, beads are slightly graduated. Should fit up to a 16" neck, crystal tail could be added to if needed for fit. Originally an expensive piece. Not counting labor time and assuming you could find these beads, you could not make this piece yourself for this price. . Item: SN6-394 Price: $99.50 US Sorry, SOLD! |

Description: DeNicola Black Diamond Rhinestone Hinged Bangle - Another rarely found mark, this circa 1960's bangle is done in the unusual combination of black diamond glass rhinestones in antiqued goldtone done with a coiled rope motif. Safety chain. Slightly oval shape measures 2" x 2 1/2" in diameter, about 1/2" wide and 1/4" deep. Subtle enough for office wear, but still nice for less casual. Item: SB6-070 Price: $35.00 US Sorry, SOLD! |

Description: B. David Necklace/Earring Set in Original Box Occasionally as dealers and collectors we are offered a rare glimpse of the past when we find pieces in their original boxes, and even the original advertising brochure from the company regarding care. This set predates the zip code! Lovely all prong-set princess style necklace and earclips-black marquises and clear rounds. All pieces signed b. david. Necklace has adjustable hook and will accommodate up to an 18" neck. Ear clips are approximately 1.25" x .75". Light pink velvet lines the purple and silver foil presentation box with purple velvet trim. Interior card says, among other things, that Rhodium plate was used on these pieces and that they would never tarnish, that the brand was only sold in reputable jewelry stores, and the company was located in Cincinnati 19, Ohio Item: SS7-079 Price: $95.00 US Sorry, SOLD! ![]() |

Description: Dalsheim Rhinestone Ball Earrings - Another rarely seen name. These clip earrings each use 7 seven mm clear rhinestone balls to surround a ten mm center rhinestone ball. Description: Hobe Jade Leaf Pin - A leaf and berry motif done in bright goldtone with dark green jade balls. 1 1/4" x 1 1/4". Signed Hobe and has original Hobe hangtag that says "genuine jade" on reverse. Don Hobe handed out sheets with all the different color names for jade at the Atlanta mini convention in 2002, so I feel quite certain that this is, indeed, genuine jade. Description: Laguna Faux Alexandrite Crystal Bead Necklace - This nice quality piece changes from light blue-aqua to lavender depending on the light source. Graduating round Swarovski crystal beads are separated by clear bicones - adjustable to about 15 1/4" (and could be made longer with additional beads). Largest round is 11mm. Marked Laguna on the hook clasp and also includes original red/gold Laguna hang tag. Apparently this was never worn. Excellent condition. Item: SN12-643 Price: $39.50 US Sorry, SOLD! |

Description: Laguna Crystal Bead Brooch Set - Laguna pieces always seem to be beautifully made, and this is no exception. Madeira topaz aurora borealis and emerald green aurora borealis glass beads are attached to cagework with clear rhinestone headpins in the center, regular headpins along edges. Clip earrings measure 1 1/4" x 3/4", brooch is a stylized leaf measuring 2" x 1 1/4". $47.50/set

Description: Laguna Bronze Glass Pearl and Madeira Topaz AB Crystal Earrings - Laguna was a higher end costume company specializing in jewelry using beaded components. These beads are attached to cagework using clear rhinestone headpins. Approx. 1" in diameter and about 1/2" deep at the center, these exhibit typical 1960's styling. French clip mechanisms, excellent original condition.

Description: Graziano Brown and Black Maltese Cross Pin - A much more contemporary piece than what I usually list in this category, this is a classic design that will look great forever. Riveted two layer styling uses marbled brown cabochons, black faceted glass pears and small rhinestones in Madiera and light Colorado topaz. Goldtone setting; I replaced one missing rhinestone, otherwise excellent original condition.

Description: Apex Art Buckles - Though technically not jewelry, this large buckle set could be sewn onto clothing or onto an existing belt. (Each side has an upper and lower loop for sewing.) Both pieces are signed Apex Art and use a mix of emerald green rhinestones and clear rhinestones (one clear has been replaced). Great design; each half is just shy of 2" in diameter. Item: SM9-104 Price: $24.50 US |

Description: Apex Art Brooch - This is probably a pre-1920's piece, as it uses a c-clasp closure. All stones are original, some of the clears have yellowed and don't have much flash but after 90 years, who does?!! Setting is brass, which has mellowed into a dark brown with a little copper-y cast. Each side measures 2" and is 2 5/8" at the widest points. Pinback is set so that it is to be worn at the angle shown (diamond shape.) A bargain price for a rarely seen brand. Marked Apex Art twice on the back. Item: SP9-467 Price: $17.50 US Sorry, SOLD! |

Description: M&S Gold Filled Retro Pin-Pendant and Earring Set - This lovely set, with an intriguing "stepped" design, came to me as a pin-pendant (without a chain) and earrings, so I have added a round 1940's snake chain, which can easily be removed with a pair of pliers, for those who would like to use this as a pendant necklace. The colored stones are purple unfoiled emerald cut glass stones and clear rhinestones, with all stones prong set. The earrings are screwback and measure 1 1/8" x 1/2"; the pendant is 3" x 1 1/2" at the widest points, but looks very delicate with its airy design. The added chains make about a 20" necklace. Item: SS10-272 Price: $49.50 US |

Description: EB (Engle Brothers) Deco Style Bracelet with Aqua and Clear Rhinestones - Though it is generally felt that Engle Brothers made their pieces during the 1940's, many were certainly done in a deco style, and seem to be of consistently excellent quality. This features aqua colored marquises set in the middle of alternating pave set links. 7 1/8" x 1/2", foldover baguette set clasp. All stones are original and the only flaw seems to be that the safety chain has been broken off one end. This would make an excellent marriage with the clear rhinestone and aqua marquise necklace listed in the unsigned section of our site. Item: SB11-391 Price: $69.50 US Sorry, SOLD! |

Description: Les Bernard Black Pave Demi-Hoops - Goldtone clip earrings done in black rhinestones rather than the more usual clear, making a more subtle statement for daytime elegance. Top quality clip findings, all original excellent condition. Les Bernard is not a particularly common signature, but apparently many of this company's pieces used pave settings. This line was sold in high end department stores and was in business from the early 1960's to the mid 1990's. Item: SE12-388 Price: $24.50 US Sorry, SOLD! |

Description: Craft Deco Style Necklace with Heavy Chain - A company that I am not familiar with, this combines a deco style central motif of black circular glass? onyx? with a rhinestone set bottom and "wings"; heavy silvertone metal chain has a definite masculine feel to it. Description: Lanvin Paris Double Chain Necklace - Probably known in the US more for its perfumes, Lanvin is a design house that originated with clothing and like many other design houses eventually branched into accessories, perfumes and other items. This piece has a faux jade? central piece that is accented with a silvertone piece set with chalk white ballotini and a single peridot green rhinestone. Nice quality double chains complete the piece. Again, difficult to measure but about 15 1/2". Excellent condition. This color has been popular for many seasons and most women will have little problem finding something to wear with this. Description: KL Artisan Glass Beaded Pendant Necklace - A lovely combination of peacock (deep aqua) blue, capri blue and black beads with an artisan glass pendant. Pendant is about 2 1/2" x 7/8"; chain is 26". Larger beads graduate in size up the sides, with black seed beads going around the back of the neck. Beads feed thru a channel on the pendant; endless strand has no clasp but will easily go over your head. Very nicely done, quite contemporary piece, probably made within the last 10-15 years.
