Description: Sarah Coventry "Mosaic" Brooch -Certainly one of my favorite SC pieces, a classic, wearable brooch that has certainly withstood the test of time. Stylized Maltese cross design done with opaque cabochons; center one simulates bloodstone, while outer pieces simply look like an assortment of colors-red, olive green and a turquoise blue, separataed by cherry red opaque cabs. Description: Sarah Coventry "Celebrity" Pin-Pendant - from 1964, this is a more difficult to find piece. Very large 35mm x 40mm unfoiled center glass stone in black diamond, framed in silvertone and set with black diamond rhinestones. To be worn as either a pin or pendant; I have included a heavier vintage silvertone chain for your convenience, but it is not original. Stone has a tiny bubble towards the top. Description: Whiting and Davis Hematite Hinged Clamper Bracelet and Clip Earrings - Whiting and Davis designs seem to often be quite bold, and while this set is not sterling it does have some elements of Mexican and Scandanavian silver designs. Hobnailing and curling surround the prong set hematite cabochon in the center of the bracelet; side panels have an overlapping design with almost a Nouveau feel. 2 1/2" wide at the center, this is side-hinged. Earrings are even more straightforward and measure 1 1/2"x 1". Slight wear marks on inside and back of bracelet but otherwise in topnotch condition. All pieces marked; bracelet mark has "Whiting and Davis Co." in between the words "Mesh Bags" top to bottom. Item: SS9-217 Price: $95.00 US |

Description: Sarah Coventry "High Fashion" Brooch - Done in goldtone with a large Madiera topaz colored unfoiled glass marquise and round clear accent rhinestones in goldtone, this is one of SC's most valued pieces and is shown in many cj books as an example of beautiful design. Description: Kramer Clear Goldtone Necklace and Bracelet Set - Kramer of New York made beautiful, high quality jewelry. This set features large clear specialty teardrop stones that are referred to as pendeloque, and they are of the very best quality, set in goldtone and accented with small clear rounds. Necklace chain is a heavy rectangular rolo style and will accommodate a 14.5" neck. Pendant measures about 1.5" in diameter. Bracelet is a link style measuring 7.25" in length. Description: Apex Art Buckles - Though technically not jewelry, this large buckle set could be sewn onto clothing or onto an existing belt. (Each side has an upper and lower loop for sewing.) Both pieces are signed Apex Art and use a mix of emerald green rhinestones and clear rhinestones (one clear has been replaced). Great design; each half is just shy of 2" in diameter. Description: Sarah Coventry "Operetta" Bracelet - This is top of the line Sarah with black glass? cabochons, clear rhinestones, rhodium plating!!, a safety chain and foldover clasp. Link style, 7 1/4" x 1". Each link is about 1", so if you have a really tiny wrist you might even be able to remove a link if you wanted. Excellent original condition, as is almost every SC piece; heavy, substantial "quality" feel. Black/white clothing is perenially popular and this goes perfectly with those colors. Description: Swarovski Necklace and Earring Set - From my personal collection, mint condition. Signed with the SAL on all pieces. Highest quality components, classic design. Medium sapphire fancy cut stones in goldtone accented with paste set clears. Double strand 9.5mm light cream pearls are strung on silk and hand knotted. Description: Jomaz Spiral Bracelet - This hinged oval bangle is done in a matte goldtone finish and is set with small clear glass rhinestones, all original, on the top side. Lower side is somewhat worn on the raised part of the spirals, but would not be noticeable when worn. Inner measurement of bracelet is 2.25" x 1.75" and measures 6.5". Description: Kramer Golden Topaz Rhinestone and Clear Rhinestone Necklace - An example of Kramer of New York at its best. Two rows of larger dentelle (fancy) cut golden topaz rhinestones flank a higher row of clear baguettes that run parallel and perpendicular; finished by smaller golden topaz rhinestone chatons alternating with clear baguettes around the "chain" portion of the necklace. Description: TKF (Trifari) "Star Sapphire" and Clear Rhinestone Deco Bracelet - This is one of at least two different bracelet styles that Trifari did with this design (I sold the 3 "sapphire" style a couple of years ago.) The glass star sapphire in medium blue is centered in the middle of a pave set frame, as well as numerous pave set links that give this a fluidity that you only get from many individual parts. 6 5/8" with rhinestone set foldover clasp. Description: Trifari "Clair de Lune" Necklace - Clair de Lune, or Light of the Moon, was interpreted by Alfred Philippe to use a crescent shaped, or demi-lune (half moon) stone, in a faux moonstone color that is a blue-grey with kind of an adularescent effect. Accented with red square rhinestones and clear round rhinestones, this lovely design is elegant enough for a princess. Goldtone; chain shows quite a bit of wear to the plating on the sides of the neck; this must have been a much loved and worn piece. Foldover clasp, about 15". Description: Spectacular Weiss Clear Rhinestone Pinwheel Brooch - One of the best clear rhinestone brooches I have ever had, equal to any of the 1950's Eisenberg. This features seven 13mm dentelle (fancy) cut rhinestones, six 7.75mm dentelle rhinestones, six rectangular cuts and a whole lot of graduated pave set stones. Blindingly beautiful, this baby was very difficult to photograph because of its refraction. Center stone has a small hazy spot only noticeable with close scrutiny, otherwise superior condition. Description: Sarah Coventry Fashion Parade Necklace and Earring Set - Pendant style necklace and matching earrings - pendant is unusual in that it has it's own jump ring so it can be detached from the chain (perhaps originally on a different chain???) 18" goldtone curb-type chain has Sarah Coventry metal hang tag. Clip earrings use smaller baroque type glass pearl; one pearl has a small ding in the pearlesence on the back underside where it does not show. Chain has dulled with time, otherwise in excellent original condition, but price reflects these very small flaws. It is my understanding that this grouping also came with a stick pin and a ring. Description: Sarah Coventry Carnival Brooch and Earrings Set - Apparently SC used this design name on more than one style. This uses navy, red, and dark moss green round cabochons in goldtone. Marked on clip finding Sarah Cov with copyright mark; stamping is light, but there.Brooch is marked Sarah Cov with copyright mark, also, and is about 2 1/4" in diameter; earrings are about 1 1/8" in diameter. Description: Sarah Coventry Maltese Cross Design Pendant Necklace - I have tried to find the exact pattern name for this design and recently found information suggesting it was called "Starburst", though SC also used this name for a different design. Frosted goldtone type setting with dark brown round rhinestones and a color that seems to be halfway in between jonquil and peridot-a yellow green that perhaps we can describe as light celery green. How about periquil? Anyway, excellent condition. Chain is a double rollo, 22", and is not marked so is perhaps a replacement?? but not by me. Pendant portion is 2 3/8" in diameter, weighty. Description: Sarah Coventry Long Necklace with Purple Glass Stations - I was unable to find the name for this particular pattern, though SC did many long necklaces of similar design. I have doubled this on the neckform for photographic purposes but this is actually a single 52" strand with a clasp (it could easily be doubled, however). Four stations, each with two pieces of bezeled unfoiled pink-purple oval glass stones separated by a diamond shaped filigree metal spacer. Metal hangtag says Sarah Cov with copyright symbol.
