Description: Nettie Rosenstein Jonquil/Clear Floral Brooch - Ms. Rosenstein's pieces are rare but always worth the effort! This classic (and classy) piece done with a pave set center ball in jonquil (light yellow) rhinestone, with a larger stone in jonquil set on the top. The radiating leaves are all pave set with clear rhinestones, in silvertone, with the rest in goldtone, as per fine jewelry. Alternating leaves on lower level are all goldtone. Signed Nettie Rosenstein in script, this measures 2" in diameter and is curved for a realistic 3-D effect. Excellent condition with very slight aging on the clear pave. Description: Vendome Triple Strand Argent and Arum Bead Necklace - One of Vendome's trademarks in their beaded necklaces seems to be the use of "flattened" round beads, which are almost like two rivoli beads back to back with the tips cut off. Whatever they are, they are expensive and difficult to find in any color except clear and aurora borealis. These are coated on one side with a metallic coating, some in silver and some in gold. These are graduated in size but the vast majority are 11.5mm (that's BIG" and are separated by groups of light brown seed beads. Strands are connected to Vendome's "leaf" ends. The tail was missing when I purchased this and I have replaced it with a chain made of clear flattened rounds, which was as close as I could get to the original. Adjusts to fit up to a 16 1/2" neck. Description: Accessocraft NYC Art Glass Brooch - I'm not sure whether this would be considered Murano glass, or what, but art glass oval cabochons in shades of navy, red, white, olive green and aqua surrounda goldtone center crest with a crown motif. Goldtone setting, 1 3/4" in diameter, excellent condition. From what I have been able to find online, this "heraldic" type of motif is not uncommon for this company, which was in business from 1930-1998, and whose plethora of designers included Anne Klein. Description: Vendome Colorado Topaz Aurora Borealis Bead Earrings - These earrings are in pristine condition, even the AB coating on the beads is in excellent, unworn shape. The main beads are eggplant shaped; center bead is round. Small bicones (not AB) at top and bottom, center bead is bordered by small seed beads. Description: BSK Demi Parure in Green - This set features a matching necklace, brooch and two pairs of earrings. Small olive green barrel beads are each set with a tiny peridot (lime) green rhinestone, and lime AB rhinestones accent all three pieces. Link necklace has adjustable chain and will fit up to a 16" neck (could be extended farther if needed). Brooch is 2 1/8" in diameter but looks larger because of the density of the materials used. Description: Vendome Arum Hematite Pearl Bead Earrings - These are some of the most complex of all the Vendome earrings I have seen. Gold metallic (arum) and grey (hematite) finish beads are wired around a center glass pearl, and small seed pearl strands entertwine with more arum and hematite beads around the border. Large unfoiled emerald cut glass stone in a medium topaz shade is set in goldtone and hangs from a heavy squared rollo type chain. Description: Coro Cameo Bracelet and Brooch Set - I am guessing these to be some of the jewelry produced around the time of the release of the movie "Gone With the Wind" in the very late 1930's - early 1940's. Both cameos in a classic woman's profile are done on a black glass background, but the brooch appears to have a matte finish plastic head while the smaller cameo in the bracelet appears to be of molded glass. While there is a slight difference in the appearance of the cameos, I think it has to do with the size difference and small details due to the size difference - these are obviously meant to match. Antiqued goldtone frames are identical. Brooch measures 1 3/4" x 1 3/8", and is about 1/2" deep. Bracelet is a little over 7" with the foldover clasp. Center part measures 1 3/8" x 1 1/8". Description: Mazer Swirl Brooch-Pendant - A truly exceptional piece just feels different. This lovely design is done with two sizes of round clear rhinestones, clear baguettes, tapered baguettes and cushion-cut square rhinestones, and finished in heavy rhodium plate. All stones are original, two pave rhinestones are missing and I will replace if you would prefer, though I would recommend leaving as is. Slight darkening on a few of the pave stones, and one of the cushion cut squares has yellowed slightly. Can be worn as a brooch or added to a chain as a pendant (self-bail on reverse). 2 3/4" x 1 1/2" at widest points and is 3-D. From my personal collection. Description: Vendome Two Strand Tiffany Ball and Black Glass Bead Necklace - Known for its beads as well as exquisite rhinestone pieces, Vendome always displays quality workmanship. This was hard to measure but is an adjustable nested style where the bottom strand plus the extension is about 20", so this should fit most people, and the tail could be added to if you need more length. Description: Weiss Red, Green and Clear Christmas Tree Pin - This piece is shown in Mary Morrison's Christmas Tree book on p. 88, and even though she thinks this design might be a repro, she has it valued in the $85-135 range! I have priced this MUCH less, partly because it has a solder repair at the upper end of the clasp, and a few clears in the vicinity of the repair aren't as sparkly as the others (see closeup photo.) Description: M&S Gold Filled Retro Pin-Pendant and Earring Set - This lovely set, with an intriguing "stepped" design, came to me as a pin-pendant (without a chain) and earrings, so I have added a round 1940's snake chain, which can easily be removed with a pair of pliers, for those who would like to use this as a pendant necklace. The colored stones are purple unfoiled emerald cut glass stones and clear rhinestones, with all stones prong set. The earrings are screwback and measure 1 1/8" x 1/2"; the pendant is 3" x 1 1/2" at the widest points, but looks very delicate with its airy design. The added chains make about a 20" necklace. Description: TKF Trifari Leaf Clipmate - TKF (or KTF) was Trifari's early mark, dating this to circa 1930's. This is marked TKF on one dress clip and "3" on the other. Sliding connecting mechanism is marked on one side "Clip-Mates" and with a patent number for the mechanism on the other side. Description: Mazer Faux Alexandrite Choker Necklace - This changes from light blue (with almost a slight aqua cast) to a beautiful lavender depending on the light source you are in. Rectangular stones alternate with step cut squares along the entire length of the piece except for clasp. Foldover clasp has round and baguette clear rhinestones. All stones are prong set except for the small clears. Clasp is marked Mazer Bros. 14 3/4" long, 3/16" wide, silvertone setting. Very good condition, with mild wear to plating, slight fading of one or two of the square stones, and the pave on the clasp has yellowed somewhat. Same design as the Mazer bracelet in topaz SB10-701. Description: Mazer Bros Topaz Rhinestone Bracelet - A lovely and wearable "line" type bracelet that alternates prongset baguettes and stepped cut square stones (these actually have squared corners so would be considered octagonal). The square stones are a slightly more intense shade of topaz so that the bracelet is more interesting looking. Though the piece is goldtone, the pave set clasp is silvertone (just like fine jewelry) and the foldover connector is also rhinestone set. Safety chain looks to be original, with a "thumbless" spring ring. Wearable length is just shy of 7".
